Sidrah Durrani is a Program Manager at SecondMuse, where she leads Headstream’s entrepreneurship programs focused on advancing youth mental health through innovation. Working across venture support and ecosystem building, Sidrah supports early-stage founders in developing more responsive and equitable digital health and edtech solutions. Her philosophy is grounded in developmental psychology, participatory research, and a commitment to ensuring young people meaningfully and directly shape the products, systems, and decisions that affect them. Sidrah holds a master’s in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her published research explores the role of technology in adolescent well-being and positive youth development.
