David Cooper, PsyD, is a digital health expert and the current Chair of the APA's Mental Health Technology Advisory Committee. He was previously Executive Director of Therapists in Tech, the largest organization of clinicians in digital mental health, and has worked with the US Department of Defense, the AMA, and the FDA on digital health strategy.
