Dr. Beth Pausic is a licensed clinical psychologist and senior behavioral health leader with more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, including over a decade working in digital behavioral health. Since 2015, she has focused on the intersection of clinical care, technology, and innovation, helping shape digital mental health services that are safe, accessible, evidence-informed, and responsive to the needs of the people they serve.
As VP of Clinical Excellence at Kooth, Dr. Pausic provides clinical leadership across the U.S., with responsibility for clinical quality, training, and clinical governance.
Dr. Pausic is particularly passionate about prevention and early intervention, youth mental health, and using technology and data to expand access to high-quality support. Her work focuses on ensuring that innovation is grounded in strong clinical practice, quality, meaningful outcomes, and a deep understanding of the experiences of young people.
She brings a unique perspective that combines clinical expertise, organizational leadership, and more than a decade of experience navigating the evolving digital behavioral health landscape.
